PARK POLICIES
Because Santa’s Enchanted Forest is a family Park, we expect Guests to behave appropriately. Violating our Park policies may be cause for ejection from the Park without a refund. For more information, please review the Park policies below.

BEHAVIOR
All Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate family-friendly manner. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior, including line-jumping and holding places in line, is strictly prohibited and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
By entering the Park, Guests grant Santa’s Enchanted Forest the right to film, video, record, or photograph them on Park property for any reason without payment or consideration. Santa’s Enchanted Forest requests that all photographs or videos taken by our Guests be used for their personal use and enjoyment only. Any use, reuse, or reproduction for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Santa’s Enchanted Forest is strictly prohibited. Santa’s Enchanted Forest reserves the right to refuse to allow photography of any kind as necessary at individual locations. No commercial photography of any kind is permitted without the prior written consent of Management.

Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted:

• Go Pro cameras
• Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length
• Interchangeable lenses of any kind
• No cameras (video, still, cell phone, smartphones, etc.) are allowed on any rides at any time. No exceptions.

All Santa’s Enchanted Forest rides, shows, and attractions are protected by copyright. Guests must have written permission to use photographs and/or videotapes of Santa’s Enchanted Forest images for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing, or publishing in any medium.

DRESS CODE
In keeping with our family-friendly environment, and for safety reasons, Santa’s Enchanted Forest enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing or exposed tattoos with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time. Examples of clothing not permitted are those displaying:

Profanity
Pornography
Graphic violence
Support of drugs and drug use
Gang symbols
Promotion of discrimination against any group

Park admission may be denied if clothing or tattoos are deemed to be inappropriate by management and the Guest refuses all reasonable options. Shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution.

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND MAINTENANCE
Rides may be temporarily closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues. Rides will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather or maintenance issues.

As Guest safety is our number one priority, certain weather circumstances may cause the entire Park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website operating calendar will be updated with the Park’s current operating status. Please check the website before visiting on days when the weather may be a concern.

If the event is forced to close in its entirety while a customer is at the event, said customer may contact our ticketing support center to request a return voucher.

LANGUAGE
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols, or gestures, may be ejected from the Park without a refund.

LINE JUMPING
Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators may be ejected from the Park without a refund.

LOOSE ARTICLES
Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders. Santa’s Enchanted Forest and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Loose articles are not permitted in the station area of select rides. Please refer to the signage at the ride entrances for more information.

PARKING
All General Guest Parking is FREE.  VIP Parking is also available in limited quantities on select dates for an additional fee.  VIP Parking Passes may only be obtained online with advance purchase.  VIP Parking cannot be purchased at the event location.  Prices for VIP Preferred Parking vary.

VIP Preferred Parking Pass entitles the ticket holder to one (1) parking spot designated by Santa's Enchanted Forest event management in their sole discretion. Said Parking Pass is valid for Only One (1) night on the date selected and specified on the ticket.

To obtain entrance to the VIP lot, Parking Passes are scanned by Parking Staff.  VIP Parking Passes must be printed and displayed on your car windshield for the duration of your visit or your vehicle may be towed/ticketed by event staff.

All VIP Preferred Parking Ticket Sales are Final and Non-Refundable. However, VIP Preferred Parking passes may be rescheduled by visiting the buy tickets webpage and selecting the "Need Help" button.  Preferred Parking Passes may only be rescheduled for a time slot with the same or lesser price point.  If alternative times are not available, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Parking Passes may not be rescheduled or exchanged within 24 hours of the ticket date. Cut-off times for rescheduling are at 5 pm EST. By purchasing a VIP Parking Pass, ticket holders will remove a parking spot from the limited quantity available for other guests to purchase, and is considered a benefit to the ticket holder regardless of whether the ticket is used.  Once a parking pass has been rescheduled, it should be reprinted with the new date as the old one will be VOID and unusable.

PETS / PET KENNEL
Pets are not permitted in the Park, with the exception of service animals.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Outside food, beverages, alcoholic beverages, coolers, and pets (other than service animals) are not permitted to be brought into the Park. Guests entering the Park will be asked to pass through the carry-in inspection area. Any items that are not permitted in the Park must be returned to your vehicle. For the safety and protection of all Guests, Santa’s Enchanted Forest prohibits the following items in the Park: firearms of any type; multi-tools; pocket knives or other similar items regardless of size; any item used for personal defense, including pepper spray; any controlled substances; and skate shoes or any footwear with wheels.

RE-ENTRY
Guests who leave the Park and plan to return must get their hand stamped before they leave the Park at the exit/re-entry gate. When Guests return to the Park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp or re-entry will not be allowed. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Santa’s Enchanted Forest policies and is strictly prohibited. Season Pass holders must present their pass to gain entrance to the Park. Season Pass entry is only valid once per day.

RIDE RESTRICTIONS
Safety is our number one priority. Guests with certain body proportions or of certain heights and/or weights may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints do not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at Guest Relations. For your convenience, a height check is available at Guest Relations, where you can also pick up a list of rides our smallest Guests can enjoy.

RIDER RESPONSIBILITY / RESTRICTIONS
Guests must exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while participating in Park rides and attractions. Guests must obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance to every ride and attraction. Guests with certain body proportions involving height and/or weight may be denied the opportunity to ride attractions where safety restraints will not operate as designed. Please ask a ride operator before waiting in line if you have any questions. Guests are not permitted to enter any restricted area, including rides and backstage areas. Personal items that are lost in the ride areas should be reported to the ride operator and Lost & Found. Santa’s Enchanted Forest will make every effort to retrieve lost articles after normal operating hours. Guests entering restricted areas may be ejected from the Park without a refund.

SEASON PASSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Santa’s Enchanted Forest’s Park Policies are applicable to all ticket types.  In addition, Season Pass holders are subject to additional terms of use that can be read here.

TICKET REFUNDS AND RAIN CHECKS
Once guests have been admitted into the park, NO Exchanges, Refunds, or Rain Checks will be given. Requests for a refund after tickets have been purchased, but before used, will strictly be considered for a refund on a limited basis and ONLY IF they are made before the last day of the event season (1/7/24), in writing by completing a "Support Ticket" on this website on the "Buy Tickets" page by clicking on the "Need Help" button. Phone contact will not be available to address refund requests.  Further, ONLY Online ticket purchases will be considered for a full or partial refund minus convenience fees if requested in accordance with the terms stated herein and they will be handled within the sole discretion of Santa's Enchanted Forest Ticketing Manager on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests WILL NOT be considered for Any Tickets purchased at the Box Office. Preferred Parking Passes and promotional tickets are not subject to any refunds. Refund requests may take up to two weeks after the event closes to process.
