MESSAGE TO SEASON PASSHOLDERS

We are so incredibly thankful to see everyone who came out to Santa’s our opening week! We had an unprecedented number of guests visit the park and we've been working to improve traffic conditions and lines for those looking to redeem season passes bought online. We apologize to anyone that may have experienced any inconvenience during opening weekend. For minimal wait times, we strongly encourage our season pass holders to make their first visit on a weekday to get their season pass ID. After the first visit, guests will never have to wait for entrance again.

 

We have also added additional parking lots, including an Uber/Lyft Drop Off area.  Shuttle buses will run continuously to and from the additional lots to the front entrance. Please follow traffic and parking staff for the best experience.  We ask that you do not park at Publix or at the Hialeah Casino Parking Lot.  Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
