Tips for Santa’s Season Passholders!

Season Pass Holders: Read Before You Go.

The anticipation and excitement of Opening Day is upon us and if you’ve already purchased a Season Pass online, then you’re ready to experience a SANTAS-tic Season of Holiday Fun! Here's some helpful information before you head out to the park.

On your first visit this season, you will need to exchange your season pass ticket for a photo ID card before entering the park. There is no need to wait in the regular ticket lines – we have a separate area dedicated to season pass holders in order to expedite your entry. Before entering Santa’s Enchanted Forest through the front of the castle, make an immediate right and look for signs that say "Season Pass Photos."

Three tips for exchanging your ticket for a photo ID card:

1.) If you are coming for the first time on the weekend, we suggest coming early when the gates open at 5 p.m. – to get your photo taken for your Season Pass.

Season Passholder tip 1: Come Early

2.) Consider making your first visit of the season a week-day (Monday-Thursday) so we can process your pass as quickly as possible.

Season Passholder tip 2: Make your first visit on a week day

3.) Remember to bring your online season pass ticket (printed out or accessible on your phone), your driver’s license (or other valid government photo ID) and the credit card used to make the purchase.

Season Passholder tip 3: Remember Your ticket, ID and Credit Card.

We hope these tips help you start enjoying the park as soon as possible. And don't forget to check your inbox throughout the event for "Park Perks", delivered exclusively to Season Pass Holders that purchased their passes online... It's Santa's gift to you.

If you haven't bought your season pass yet, get yours online, now.
