Santa’s Enchanted Forest is an outdoor event with more than 99% of guest activities occurring outside and spread throughout the vast event footprint. Notwithstanding, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures – for our guests and our employees. When visiting the park, you must follow all instructions posted below and at the event.
By visiting Santa’s Enchanted Forest, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
By entering the park, you are confirming that you and your party:
- Have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine.
- Are not under any self-quarantine orders.
- Are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
Guests who cannot confirm all the above criteria must not enter the park. If at any point during their visit a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and their party will be required to isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the property.
By entering the park, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by the above health and safety requirements. Guests who fail to comply with the outlined safety protocols or those posted on site or directed by personnel may be asked to leave the property at the sole discretion of management.
Masks are strongly recommend but not required when visiting the event.
Guests are recommended to practice social distancing from those who are not in their party.
