Santa’s Enchanted Forest is excited to reopen for the 2021 season at Hialeah Park. We have been hard at work and look forward to providing a wonderful experience and many enchanted memories for you and your family during your visit.
The pandemic has required us to raise our already demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols. Santa’s Enchanted Forest continues to be in constant contact with health officials to ensure the safety of event attendees.
Below are some of the enhanced health and safety measures that we are implementing for our guests and team members. There are a multitude of signs to assist you during your visit to the park. We will do our very best to provide a safe environment. It is also up to you, our guests, to help us ensure the safest experience for everyone by following our safety guidelines and those recommendations of the CDC. We have missed you and can't wait to see you again.
COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
Santa’s Enchanted Forest is an outdoor event with more than 99% of guest activities occurring outside and spread throughout the vast event footprint. As per the CDC recommendation, masks are NOT required for outdoor gatherings, however, they are highly RECOMMENDED.
Masks outdoors are not mandatory, which is in accordance with local and state laws. However, we encourage all attendees to wear masks, as not wearing masks consistently and correctly, can increase risk of being infected with COVID-19.
Masks are recommended to be worn, even when vaccinated when entering the park; outdoors when waiting in line or enjoying any attraction in crowded areas where social distancing cannot be maintained, and in any indoor area such as bathrooms or office trailers.
Masks are required indoors and in any enclosed areas for all unvaccinated guests over the age of 2.
Practice Social Distancing
Guests are recommended to stay at least six feet from others and limit interactions with those who are not in their party. Visual cues are provided with markers to assist guests with social distancing practices while in line at the park entrance, attractions, restrooms, food service locations, and more. Layouts have been modified to support distancing at staging and dining areas. Please Note: Social Distancing is a shared responsibility between our guests and the park. We provide guidance, but we count on our guests to follow this guidance in order to maintain the safest conditions for all guests and staff members.
Promote Hand Hygiene & Respiratory Etiquette
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the park, and signs will be displayed to encourage all employees and guests to wash their hands often. Masks are recommended to be worn when entering the park; when in line at the snack bar, retail store, or bar; and in bathrooms.
Electronic Payments Encouraged
Guests are encouraged to purchase admission tickets online prior to arriving at the park to minimize interactions during the park entry experience. Guests are encouraged to use credit cards or contactless payment methods instead of using cash while visiting.
By entering the park, you are confirming that you and your party:
- Have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine.
- Are not under any self-quarantine orders.
- Are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
Guests who cannot confirm all the above criteria must not enter the park. If at any point during their visit a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and their party will be required to isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the property.
By entering the park, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by the above health and safety requirements. Guests who fail to comply with the outlined safety protocols or those posted on site or directed by personnel may be asked to leave the property at the sole discretion of management.
The CDC, along with local and state health departments advise that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 while in any public place where people are present. By visiting Santa’s Enchanted Forest, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Santa’s Enchanted Forest will continue to monitor trends and guidance to update its health and safety protocols throughout the event. Covid-19 policies and rules are subject to change without notice. As such, park attractions, experiences and other offerings may be modified, limited in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure.

SPECIAL TEMPORARY REFUND RULES FOR COVID-19
Santa’s Enchanted Forest has instituted a temporary COVID-19 refund policy ONLY for event tickets purchased online between December 21, 2021 - January 2, 2022. For customers unable to attend during these final days of the event relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may request a refund for any unused tickets purchased online. Said request will only be considered when made on this website's Ticket Help link and only if made prior to the end of the event on January 2, 2022. No refunds will be considered once the 2021 event has been concluded (after January 2, 2022). Refund requests will be determined within the sole discretion of Santa’s Enchanted Forest Ticketing Management. Your refund request must include a detailed reason relating to the Covid pandemic along with order information. Refund requests will be reviewed and a response will be sent to the customer email that purchased the tickets within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will only be made to the payment method used to purchase the Tickets minus non-refundable transaction fees. Santa’s Enchanted Forest reserves the right to shorten or extend this temporary policy.
Regular Refund Policies remain in effect and for all tickets purchased prior to December 21, 2021.
